Embroidered Tablecloth

This project occupied my free time throughout part of the summer and all of the fall but was well worth the effort. I found the preprinted for embroidery tablecloth at an antique store for a steal and decided to do it up for my boss for Christmas. Matching colors from fabric scraps from the quilt I made her last year I jumped in with both feet. The final result is gorgeous and I hope she loves it.

Ruffle Scarfs

I think I may be a bit addicted to making these. I made my first on about three weeks ago and have made 10 more since. Once I pick one up I have a hard time putting it down until it is finished. They make fantastic Christmas presents.

Teacher Gifts

I made a couple tote bags for the girls' teachers for Christmas. I love how they turned out,especially the yellow/black one.

A Couple of Pillows

When working on a couple of decorative pillows. The first is a 12 x 16 pillow that will go in the post tomorrow to mum in her Christmas parcel.
The second is still in progress in the photo but is now complete and is going to one of my clients at work.

Ruffled Burlap Tableccloth

A woman from church asked me to make a three tiered ruffled burlap tablecloth for her youngest daughter's birthday party. After doing this project I don't know that I will sew burlap again as I discovered while working on it that I am allergic to the stuff. I must admit that it turned out pretty well and she was very happy with it.

A Couple of Pillows

I did up a couple of decrotive pillows/cushions for mums birthday that is right around the corner. One for halloween and another for fall.

OwlHat

When my husband's co-works saw the hats that I had made for the boss he received several requests for some owl hats. Here is the first one completed in an adult size.
